Storytime - Cave Baby by Julia Donaldson

Draw a picture from the story - perhaps the baby riding on the mammoth ?

Jelly and Bean book 2 Activities 1 and 2.
New sound er . Stick it in your sound book . Can you sound talk the words on the sheet ? Can you spell them ? You can draw a phoneme frame to help if you would like .
Zig Zag Monster letters formation sheet .
English Nursery
Ask a grown up to write out your name . Cut your name into individual letters and muddle them up . Can you put the letters back into the right order ? You might like to look at another copy of your name to check . Can you practise writing some letters from your name ?
Sound book .
Maths Reception
Number formation number 9.
Dotty toys 3 and 4.
Tub Split up Game ( small sheet ) Play using numbers 5 and then 6 to split . Can you find different ways to split each of the 2 numbers ?

Maths Nursery
Ask a grown up to make 2 sets of numbercards for numbers 1 to 6.
(you will have one number written on each card ) Play a matching game with the 2 sets . Throw a dice .What number do you land on ?
Can you find the numbercard to match that number of dots ? Can you make that number of claps or jumps ?
Fun Activity
Use some sticks to paint with . What else can you use? try cotton buds or feathers !
Have fun painting like Cave Baby !!
Try mixing some soil and water to make muddy paint .
