Healthy Eating and Living

18 Jun 2021

This week has been our healthy living week and we have been thinking about how we can keep ourselves fit and healthy.

In Collective Worship we watched a video all about a healthy eating challenge that is taking place. It encouraged us to think about what small changes we could make to help keep us healthy.

You can click here to go to the "Eat Them To Defeat Them" website and watch the video again. There are also lots of fun challenges on there that you can do.

We thought about what healthy things we could put in our lunch boxes and how we could eat more fruit and veg. As you can see we have some very tasty looking lunchtime snacks!

We are really lucky at our school to have such an a lovely outdoor space where we can run around to exercise and stay fit and healthy. We always have lots of fun at break and enjoying moving and running around.
