My recorder exam

I got a great surprise in collective worship, Mrs Acheson called my name out and she had my certificate for my recorder exam. 

I worked really hard for this over the summer and I was even practicing my pieces when we were on holiday in our campervan. My exam was a Performance Grade which means that it was videoed and uploaded for an examiner to mark. My mum was in charge of the camera and Mrs Johnson played the piano to accompany my pieces. 

As I walk back to class after every recorder lesson I feel really proud of myself. I might have learned a new piece, I might have found out I’ve passed or done something new. It’s very enjoyable playing the recorder.
