This week in maths the reception children have been learning about all the different ways to make 5. They have used frogs and a pond with the song 5 little speckled frogs . Today they used beanbags and a hoop to see how many beanbags out of 5 they could get into the hoop and then how many were outside the hoop. This week has been very exciting . The children made fantastic banners to encourage Sara Cox on her fundraising marathon run . I'm not quite sure how it has happened but we have almost got to the end of the year already. It really has flown by! We have had an amazing time and had lots of fun learning together. Tuesday was one of the most exciting days of the year - Sports Day!
