Children in Need

Yesterday we held our Children in Need day in school to help raise money for a great charity. We moved the event a day forward so that we could celebrate Sara Cox running through the village and so that we could give her lots of encouragement as she went past our school. The children loved making some posters to wave and they were brilliant at cheering her on, and lots even got high-fives from her too!

As if that wasn't exciting enough, FROGS even organised for an ice-cream van to come and visit us and the children got a tasty treat too! Thanks very much to FROGS for doing this, no wonder the children said it was the best day ever!
