Robin Hood

As the children have been taking part in a school play all about Robin Hood we thought it would be a good idea to look at the story of Robin in our Guided Reading sessions. The children loved reading all of the different tales that Robin was involved in and we acted a few of the scenes out too.

After a few battles in class with the evil Sheriff we wrote down our answers in our books and even drew what we thought Robin's hideaway would look like based on the text. The children really enjoyed the stories and it was great to have the chance to learn all about a legendary character.
