It has been great to see all of the children again after the Christmas holiday, and to hear about all of the wonderful things you have been up to over the break.
The children have got straight back into the routine at school and have been looking at how we can multiply numbers, and they have also enjoyed reading our new class book, "The Firework Maker's Daughter". We have continued to look at maps and we have been looking at what is around us and how people use the land for different purposes as well. The children had a great time on Google Earth seeing how different Grewelthorpe looked to some of the big cities near us too.
