We Will Rock You 🤘

What a band we'd make with this lot - very cool looking and we're not just pretty faces either, we also won the time-tables rockstar competition with ease 🤘

We've been looking at soluble and insoluble materials this week and have carried out an investigation to discover the outcome. The class were quite surprised by the results, like how the oil would float on the surface and not mix in. We first planned the investigation and ensured we were doing it all in a scientific and fair manner.

We also considered how we could separate the materials back so here we are boiling away the liquid to leave the sugar behind. We also used filters and sieves to separate the differently-sized particles. They had great fun in doing so.
