This week the sun finally started shining and we made the most of the good weather by going outside and looking for mini-beasts. In science we have been studying different types of animals and creating classification keys, so we went outside to see which types of creatures we could find and then think about how we could sort them into different groups.

We are really lucky to have such a great outside space to use and the children loved exploring all of the little nooks and crannies to see what they could find. It really helped to make the science much more exciting and we had a great time.
